Shipping and Delivery

Orders can be shipped to any address in Continental Portugal, Madeira, Azores and other European countries. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday at the customer's home, through the CTT carrier. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order, the carrier will leave a notice. If the customer does not receive the order, it will be returned to Cowboy Boots Europe. After customer order and purchase, the items are ordered from the factory, and the items have estimated delivery times that may vary. The estimated delivery time for any item in Continental Portugal is 1 week, if there is stock rupture of any item, the manufacturing and delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks, but in this case the customer will be contacted and informed of this situation. The times are estimated and are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. If the customer does not want to wait for the availability of the article, and does not want any article that is available, we will return the amount paid by the customer.
