Deliveries and Shipping
Orders can be sent to any address in mainland Portugal, Madeira, Azores and other European countries. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday at the customer's home, through the transport company CTT. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order, the carrier will leave a notice. If the customer does not receive the order, it will be returned to Cowboy Boots Europe. After the customer orders and purchases, the items are ordered from the factory, and the items have estimated delivery times that may vary. The estimated delivery time for any item in mainland Portugal is 1 week, if there is a stock out of any item, the manufacturing and delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks, but in this case the customer will be contacted and informed of this situation. Times are estimated and are not guaranteed and delays beyond our control may occur. If the customer does not want to wait for the item to be available, and does not want any item that is available, we will refund the amount paid by the customer.
