GENERAL ASPECTS
The present general conditions are agreed freely and in good faith between Silhueta Vistosa Lda with registered office at Vales n. 37 Carril, 2300-036 Tomar, with identification number n. 514133449, as seller and hereinafter called Cowboy Boots Europeand between any person wishing to make a purchase through the online shop Cowboy Boots Europehereinafter referred to as the "USER". Use of the Site automatically attributes the condition of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in the Terms and Conditions, in the version in force at each moment when accessing the Site. If you do not fully accept any of the conditions laid down, you must not access/use our Site. By consulting, using or downloading content from the Site, you are agreeing to comply with the conditions set out in this document. You may use the Site without registering. However, some of the functionalities of the Site may require registration. These conditions apply only to natural persons and not to traders.

FUNCTIONALITIES OF THE SITE
ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT - The purpose of these conditions is to define the general sales conditions established between the Cowboy Boots Europe and the USER, from the moment of purchase - understood to be effective after payment and the various services provided by Cowboy Boots Europesuch as methods of payment, conditions of delivery, exchange and return of goods. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to make the purchase and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.
Article 2 - PURCHASE - the USER may purchase online at Cowboy Boots Europewhere the products marketed by Cowboy Boots Europe. The information about the products presented on the Site is intended only to provide a brief informative summary for the visitor's convenience and information. For this purpose you will have to provide personal data such as name, address, email address, among others that will be requested in the order form. By placing an order, the user expresses his or her full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products included in this transaction. These general terms of sale shall be the only ones applicable between the two parties. It is agreed between the parties that any dispute on these points will be resolved on the basis of a direct exchange of information. In the event of unavailability of delivery of an ordered product, "Cowboy Boots Europe" undertakes to inform the USER via email and to reimburse him for any amounts he may have paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability.
Article 3 - PRODUCTS - We take all measures to ensure that the information and data contained in the Site are accurate and up to date when entered on it. However, no guarantee is given that this information will be updated or correct. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information (including information about goods and services) included on the Site. We reserve the right to change, delete or move any information on the Site at any time without notice.
Users expressly accept and acknowledge that:
- The photographs shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes only, and that Users should consult detailed information about the products and their characteristics/specifications;
- The price shown is the recommended price, although there may be spelling errors which we cannot guarantee to supply if this is the case;
- We will make all reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information about the products on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee it;
- We do not guarantee the existence in stock of the items included in the Site, nor do we assume responsibility for discontinued items.
ARTICLE 4 - PRICES - All prices are in euros and include VAT at 23%. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the invoice date. Any change in the type of VAT applicable will be reflected in product prices. After this date, prices may be modified at any time. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. A Cowboy Boots Europe accepts no responsibility for any errors published on the website. That is, any error in the processing of your order that may be appearing on the site due to technical anomalies.
ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT - Payment can be made by ATM, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, MB WAY and Bank Transfer to the account indicated at the time of payment. When you choose to pay by ATM, you will be presented on screen with the necessary elements and you will receive an email with the data of Entity, Reference and Amount so you can make your payment at any ATM or if you prefer through the Homebanking service on the Internet. If you do not make the payment, the order will not be sent. When choosing to pay by VISA, Mastercard or American Express card, it is necessary to provide the following data from your card: card number, expiry date, three-digit security code (present on the back of the card) and name associated with the card. After communication and validation by the bank, the order will be sent. If you choose to pay through Paypal you will be redirected to a Paypal security page, where you will have to identify yourself on your Paypal account and finalise your order. If you choose to pay by MB WAY, you can make the payment via Smartphone, for this you must have a MB WAY account, you must indicate the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY account and after the order you will receive a notification on your Smartphone and confirm your order.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ACQUIRED - The estimated delivery time for any item can vary between 1 to 2 weeks. Items are ordered from the factory after customer purchase, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. If an article has been paid for and is out of stock at the factory, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of one month, if the USER so wishes. Delivery of the products purchased can be made at the home indicated by the USER, simply by indicating the address in the corresponding fields of the online order. Delivery will be made by post. If you are not present at the indicated address, CTT will leave a warning. If the customer does not pick up the order, it will be returned to Cowboy Boots Europe.
IMPORTANT: The delivery will not be made by post office boxes.
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY - The customer may cancel an order before it has been shipped, for which the customer should communicate their intention to cancel, by contact form, or by email: allfashionboots@gmail.com A Cowboy Boots Europe undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 (fourteen) days by the same means of payment used by the customer. All articles may be returned by post. The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the articles to try them on and if they do not like them they can return them and receive a refund by the same means of payment used or by bank transfer. Any fitting must be done on carpet or rug. If you wish to make a return or exchange you must previously contact Cowboy Boots Europe through the email allfashionboots@gmail.com or through the Contact Customer Service form, indicating the reason for the exchange or return. All items can be exchanged or refunded provided that they are in the same conditions of sale, unused, with original labels and without damage of any nature. They must be properly packed in their original packaging and with the invoice attached to the items. In the event of an exchange, if the new order has a higher cost, the USER will have to pay the difference, making payment of the remaining amount. In the event of a request for reimbursement for an item purchased at a reduced price under the terms of any campaign or discount, the Cowboy Boots Europewill refund the amount actually paid by the USER and not the current price or the normal price without the reduction. Upon receipt of a product, the USER tacitly attests that the package is sealed. If the package is violated/opened or in poor condition, the USER must refuse to receive it, otherwise he/she will not be able to claim later on that non-conformity and must immediately inform Cowboy Boots Europe by:

The return shipping costs of the products shall be borne by the USER.

ARTICLE 8 - VALIDITY OF SIGNATURE AND PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE - To place an order, the USER must complete a form, providing the following information: full name, delivery address, telephone and e-mail. As well as the payment details. The online indication of the bank card number and final validation of the order, in accordance with the legal provisions, constitute proof and enable the amounts on the order form to be demanded. Validation has the validity of the signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the site.
All information provided by the User must be correct and true. The User must update the information provided whenever it undergoes any alteration. The User shall be solely responsible for any false, incomplete or incorrect declarations made and for any damages that may be caused to the company or third parties by the information provided.

The Company cannot be held responsible for them, in particular for the control of their content, availability, operability or performance. The articles offered for sale are presented and described with the utmost accuracy. If, despite our precautions, any errors occur on the site, the Cowboy Boots Europe cannot be held responsible for this.

When you place your first order, you will be asked for personal details that are essential for sales and dispatch and which complete your registration as a USER. The Cowboy Boots Europe Newsletter is exclusive to the brand's website Cowboy Boots Europe.

ARTICLE 16 - CONSERVATION AND FILING OF TRANSACTIONS - The archiving of orders and invoices shall be carried out on a reliable and durable medium.
ARTICLE 17 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENCE - Portuguese law shall apply to the conditions of sale presented. For the resolution of any dispute, there is always the possibility of resorting to an arbitration entity.

FINAL PROVISIONS
In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to exercise any and all legally foreseen actions. Furthermore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate access to or use of the Site, with or without notice to the User. The Terms and Conditions of use of the Site are governed in accordance with the laws in force. If any provision hereof is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be severed or reduced in accordance with law and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The User is bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions at the time of use, and we therefore recommend that the User consults them periodically.
