These general conditions are agreed freely and in good faith between Silhueta Vistosa Lda with administrative headquarters in Vales no. 37 Carril, 2300-036 Tomar, with identification number no. 514133449, in the capacity of seller and hereinafter referred to as Cowboy Boots Europe, and between anyone who wishes to make a purchase through the online store Cowboy Boots Europe, as buyer, hereinafter referred to as “USER”. Using the Site automatically attributes the status of User and implies acceptance, fully and without reservations, of all provisions included in the Terms and Conditions, in the version in force at each time you access the Site. If you do not fully accept any of the conditions established, you should not access/use our Website. When consulting, using or downloading the content of the Site, you undertake to respect the conditions established in this document. The User may use the Website without the need for any registration. However, some of the Site's functionalities may be dependent on registration. These conditions refer exclusively to natural persons and not traders.

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT - These conditions aim to define the general sales conditions, established between the Cowboy Boots Europe and the USER, from the time of purchase - understood as effective after payment and the various services provided by Cowboy Boots Europe, such as payment methods, delivery conditions, exchange and return of merchandise. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to make the purchase and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.


Article 2 - PURCHASE - the USER can make the purchase online, on the website Cowboy Boots Europe, where products sold by Cowboy Boots Europe. The information about the products presented on the Site is only intended to provide a brief informative summary for the visitor's convenience and information. For this purpose, you will have to provide personal data, such as name, address, email address, among others that will be requested on the order form. When placing your order, the user expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general sales conditions, prices and description of the products included in this transaction. These general sales conditions will be the only ones applicable between the two parties. It is accepted between the parties that any dispute on these points will be resolved based on the direct exchange of information. In the event of unavailability for delivery of an ordered product, "Cowboy Boots Europe" undertakes to inform the USER via email and to reimburse the USER for any amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability.

We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information (including information about goods and services) included on the Site. We reserve the right to change, delete or move any information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

• The photographs presented on the Website are for illustrative purposes only, and Users must consult detailed information about the products and their respective characteristics/specifications;
• The price displayed is the recommended price, however, there may be spelling errors for which we cannot guarantee supply if this is the situation;
• We will make every reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date product information on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee this;
• We do not guarantee the existence of items included on the Site in stock, nor do we assume responsibility for discontinued items.


ARTICLE 4 - PRICES - All prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate of 23%. The prices shown take into account the VAT applicable on the invoice date. Any change in the type of applicable VAT will be reflected in product prices. After this date, prices may be modified at any time. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. A Cowboy Boots Europe  declines any responsibility for any errors published on the website. In other words, any error in processing your order that may be displayed on the website due to technical anomalies.


ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT - Payment can be made via Multibanco, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, MB WAY and Bank Transfer to the account indicated at the time of payment. When choosing to pay via Multibanco, the necessary elements will be displayed on the screen and you will receive an email with the Entity, Reference and Amount details so that you can make your payment at any Multibanco ATM or, if you prefer, via Homebanking service on the Internet. If you do not place your order, it will not be shipped. When choosing to pay using a VISA, Mastercard or American Express card, you must provide the following card details: card number, expiration date, three-digit security code (present on the back of the card) and name associated with the card. After communication and validation by the bank, the order will be sent. When choosing to pay via Paypal, you will be redirected to a Paypal security page, where you will have to identify yourself in your Paypal account and finalize your order. When choosing to pay through MB WAY, you can make the payment using your Smartphone, for this you will need to have an MB WAY account, you will have to indicate the mobile phone number associated with your MB WAY account and after placing the order you will receive a notification on your Smartphone and confirm your order.


ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS - Estimated delivery time for any item may vary between 1 to 2 weeks. Items are ordered from the factory after customer purchase, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and delays beyond our control may occur. If an item has been paid for and is out of stock at the factory, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of one month, if the USER so wishes. Delivery of purchased products can be made to the address indicated by the USER, simply by indicating the address in the corresponding fields of the online order. Delivery will be made by CTT. If you are not present at the address indicated, CTT will leave a notice. If the customer does not pick up the order, it will be returned to Cowboy Boots Europe.
IMPORTANT: Delivery will not be made to PO Boxes.


ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY - The customer can cancel an order before it has been shipped, to do so the customer must communicate their intention to cancel, via the contact form, or by email: allfashionboots@gmail.com Cowboy Boots Europe undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days using the same payment method used by the customer. All items can be returned via post. The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the date of receipt of the items, to try out the items and if any are not to their liking, they can return them and receive a refund using the same payment method used or by bank transfer. Any test must be carried out on a carpet or rug. If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must first contact the Cowboy Boots Europe via email at allfashionboots@gmail.com or via the Customer Support Contact form, indicating the reason for the exchange or return. All items can be exchanged or refunded as long as they are in the same commercial conditions, unused, with the original tags and without damage of any kind. They must be properly packaged in the original packaging and with the invoice attached to the items. In the event of an exchange, if the new order has a higher cost, the USER will have to cover the difference, paying the remaining amount. In the event of a refund request for an item purchased at a reduced price under any campaign or discount, the Cowboy Boots Europe, will refund the amount actually paid by the USER and not the current price or the normal price without the reduction. When receiving a product, the USER tacitly certifies that the packaging is sealed. If the packaging is damaged/opened or in poor condition, the USER must refuse to accept it under penalty of not being able to later claim this non-conformity, and must immediately inform the Cowboy Boots Europe across:

ARTICLE 8 - VALIDITY OF SIGNATURE AND PROOF OF ACCEPTANCE - To place the order, the USER must fill out a form, providing the following details, full name, delivery address, telephone number and email. As well as payment details. The online indication of the bank card number and the final validation of the order, in accordance with legal provisions, constitute proof and allow the amounts appearing on the order slip to be collected. Validation is valid for the signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the website.

When you place your first order, you will be asked for personal data that is essential for sales and shipping and that completes your USER registration. The Newsletter from Cowboy Boots Europe is exclusive to the brand's website Cowboy Boots Europe.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to, at its discretion, terminate access to or use of the Site, with or without notice to the User. The Terms and Conditions for using the Website are regulated in accordance with current laws. If any provision herein is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such provision will be eliminated or reduced in accordance with the law, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
