Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to make an exchange, return or cancel an item purchased in the online shop of Cowboy Boots Europeonline shop, you must first contact Cowboy Boots Europeby e-mail: email@example.com, or by filling out the contact form, with information on the order number, the article to be returned and the reason for the exchange or return, in order to receive the necessary instructions. The customer may cancel an order before it has been shipped, for this the customer must communicate its intention to cancel, by contact form, or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cowboy Boots Europe undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 14 days for the form of payment used by the customer. All items purchased in the online shop of Cowboy Boots Europe, may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that they meet the following criteria:
They must be in the same conditions of sale, unused, with the original labels and without any use or damage.
They must be properly packed in the original packaging and with the purchase invoice attached to the articles.
The shipping costs of the exchange / return are borne by the customer.
Once we receive the returned order and confirm the conditions for exchange or return, the Cowboy Boots Europe will proceed to refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, through the payment method used by the customer.
Important: Any fitting should be made on carpet or rug.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, the Cowboy Boots Europereserves the right to not accept the exchange/return and to refuse reimbursement.
