Deliveries and Shipping

Orders can be sent to any address in the EU. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday to the customer's home address, via the postal service of each country. If no one is at the delivery address to receive the order, the carrier will leave a notice. If the customer does not receive the order, it will be returned to the sender. Cowboy Boots EuropeAfter the customer places an order and makes a purchase, the items are ordered from the factory, and the estimated delivery times for each item may vary. The estimated delivery time for any item within the EU ranges from 15 to 45 business days. If any item is out of stock, the manufacturing and delivery time may be extended beyond 45 business days, but in that case, the customer will be contacted and informed of the situation. These times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays beyond our control may occur. If the customer does not wish to wait for the item to become available, and does not want any item that is currently in stock, we will refund the amount paid by the customer.

NOTICE: Delivery times may be longer during the Christmas and August periods.

Delivery time is 15 to 45 business days. (Except August and Christmas).
