Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to exchange, return or cancel an item purchased from the Cowboy Boots Europe, you must first contact Cowboy Boots Europe, via email: allfashionboots@gmail.com, or by filling out the contact form, with information about the order number, the item to be returned and the reason for the exchange or return, in order to receive the necessary instructions. The customer can cancel an order before it has been shipped, to do so the customer must communicate their intention to cancel, via the contact form, or by email: allfashionboots@gmail.com  A  Cowboy Boots Europe undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 14 days using the payment method used by the customer. All items purchased from the online store Cowboy Boots Europe, can be exchanged within 14 days, counting from the date of receipt, as long as they meet the following criteria:
It must be presented in the same commercial conditions, without having been used, with the original tags and without any use or damage.
They must be properly packaged in the original packaging and with the purchase invoice attached to the items.
The shipping costs for the exchange/return are borne by the customer.
Once the returned order has been received and the conditions for exchange or return have been confirmed, the Cowboy Boots Europe will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item, using the payment method used by the customer.
Important: Any test must be carried out on a carpet or rug.
If the returned items do not meet the exchange/return requirements, the Cowboy Boots Europe, reserves the right not to accept exchanges/returns and to refuse refunds.
