Deliveries and Shipping

Orders can be shipped to any address in mainland Portugal, Madeira, the Azores, and other European countries. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday to the customer's home address via the CTT courier service. If no one is present at the delivery address to receive the order, the courier will leave a notification. If the customer does not receive the order, it will be returned to the sender. Cowboy Boots EuropeAfter the customer orders and purchases, the items are shipped to the factory, with estimated delivery times that may vary. The estimated delivery time for any item in mainland Portugal is 2 weeks. If an item is out of stock, manufacturing and delivery times may extend up to 4 weeks. In this case, the customer will be contacted and informed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and delays beyond our control may occur. If the customer does not wish to wait for the item to be available and does not require any item that is available, we will refund the amount paid.

NOTICE: Delivery times around Christmas may be longer.

Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, United Kingdom,  Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain. Delivery time 3 to 4 weeks (Except Christmas).
Shipping cost per item - €35,00

Important: No deliveries are made to PO Boxes.

Nota: International orders are subject to legal import fees in the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Cowboy Boots Europe cannot predict the cost, as these vary from country to country. We advise our customers to contact their local authorities for more information about these fees.
